Meet the Team
Gareth Hillen
Gareth is MD at Aztec and oversees the day to day running of the business. He also heads up the installation division, ensuring tenders are competed and returned on time and following up the tenders to the stage where an order or instruction is issued by the client. At this stage new projects are handed over the project management team.
Gareth has been with Aztec since April 2012 and has worked within the HVAC industry since 1999 gaining experience and qualifications including the most up to date Daikin VRV and Mitsubishi Electric VRF design and application courses.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, running and coaching football. Gareth also enjoys cooking and eating!
Shane Crowley
Shane is the Service Director and looks after the Service and Maintenance department as well as looking after small projects. Shane brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience having spent over 25 years in the industry.
Our service division prides itself on providing the highest standards of customer service and quality workmanship.
Out of work and in his spare time Shane enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
