Aztec validated the existing VRV air conditioning system, ventilation and mains cold water in view or modifying these services to the clients proposed space plan.
Upon completion of the validations the VRV system was de-commissioned and the VRV fan coil units and secondary ductwork were modified and relocated.
The ventilation ductwork was modified to the relocated fan coils units to ensure fresh air delivery to individual offices.
Plumbing and waste services were installed to the tea point location and a tea point extraction system installed.
A split type air conditioning system was installed to provide sensible cooling to the comms room with a water leak detection system.
At the end of the project the VRV systems was re-commission, the fresh air ventilation balanced, and the tea point plumbing services chlorinated.

Project programme: 26 weeks
Aztec designed, supplied and installed VRV air conditioning systems to two floors with a centralised controller and BMS interface.
In addition, and new heat recovery air handling unit was installed to provide fresh air ventilation to the ground floor warehouse.
Various plumbing and waste services were installed to the tea points, café and WC’s through the building.
At the end of the project the VRV systems were commissioned, the fresh air ventilation balanced, and a site wide chlorination of all the plumbing services.
